Next
week we will be having a writer's workshop.
The children will be learning how to inform someone of what good
qualities are needed to make good friendships.
We will write a rough draft, go through the editing process and write a
final copy.
MATH
We finished
our chapter on 2-digit addition. Our
chapter test will be on Monday. In our
next chapter, we will be learning about 2-digit subtraction. It will be helpful to your child to have them
practice subtraction flashcards.
Reading Logs
For the month of November the class
earned an extra recess for turning in their reading logs. Let’s try to get 100% reading logs turned in
for the month of December.
Holiday Mitten Tree
We are collecting mittens, hats,
gloves, and scarves to donate to needy families. We will be collecting these items until
December 17.
