READING
After
Thanksgiving, our next story is called Officer Buckle and Gloria. It is a humorous fictional story about a
policeman who loves to give safety tips to school children, but nobody every
listens – until he brings a dog named Gloria. We will work on main idea and
supporting details.
MATH
After
Thanksgiving, we will be working on double digit subtraction. Please practice math facts with your child.
Student of the Week
Ohemaa is the Student of the Week! She likes to ice skate, read books and likes
to do math problems . Her favorite
animal is a kitten. Her favorite color
is aqua. When Ohemaa grows up she wants
to be a Scientist.
