READING
Next
week we will be reading the story What Mary Jo Shared written by Janice
May Udry. In this story, Mary Jo uses an
original idea to solve the problem of what to share with her class. We will be using inferences to understand the
character’s feelings, motivations and actions.
We will be exploring the text structure in narrative texts to determine
the characters and the plot of the story.
MATH
In
math we are working on the number patterns that focus on odd/even numbers, greater than, less
than and equal to when comparing numbers (<,>,=) and number patterns on a
100's chart
Please remember to practice flash cards daily.

Tristen is the Student of the Week! He plays on a baseball team, is a yellow belt
